Shipping & Returns

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once a order has been placed, it’s usually processed within 24 hours. This allows all necessary card security verification checks to be done & allows you to cancel up till then. 

We will post your products all over the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles)

Signed for 1st Class delivery is £5.00, this usually arrives within 1-2 business working days.
Next day delivery is £10.00 usually arriving within 1 business working day. 
We also ship to EU countries at a charge of £15.00
For all non UK orders it will take between 7-15 days for your package to arrive.  

Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be sent out on the following Monday.

RETURNS: 
Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have purchased the product, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the item. 

If you would like to return a product, it must fit this criteria. It must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

REFUNDS (If applicable) 
Once we have received the returned product(s) an inspection will be carried out. We will notify you once we have received the product(s) & whether we approve or reject the refund. 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will be credited back into credit card or the appropriate method of payment which was used. This could take a few days. 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or eligible for a refund, this includes discounted items. 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at hello@thescentmaster.co.uk & notify us with your order number. We will then give you further instructions on how to send the item back to us. 

You will be responsible to cover your own shipping cost to send your returned item to us.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
