Where should I apply perfume?

There is no limit on where you should apply perfume. It is most recommended to apply perfume on your pulse spots, where the blood will pump close to the surface of the skin, heating the fragrance oil which allows the fragrance to develop in its true & unique form.

Pulse spots or also known as hot spots include:

  • Wrists
  • Neck
  • Behind the ears
  • The crease of your arms
  • Back of the knees

The worst habit yet most damaging to a fragrance is to rub it once it has been applied. This fact is not well known amongst consumers!

Rubbing your perfume once it has applied IS A BIG NO.

Whilst thinking that rubbing your perfume seems to be the ideal action to do once it has been applied, it is definitely not. Whether that is simply rubbing your wrists together or rubbing your neck, it is still a no. It will affect how the fragrance develops. Instead of releasing the the scent & following it’s structure, it will bruise the fragrance notes & affect it’s actual smell & longevity.

Once you’ve applied your fragrance, let it dry naturally or even start wafting your wrists about in a empty space & be patient. The fragrance will perform at its optimum.
